Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Cookies



Stunning little cookies made with just four ingredients — and ready in under 20 minutes, baking time included! These irresistible treats are loaded with creamy peanut butter and sweet white chocolate, creating the perfect balance of salty and sweet. Easy to make, utterly moreish, and guaranteed to please everyone – friends, family, or colleagues alike.

Ingredients

  • 250g Peanut Butter, smooth
  • 160g Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 120g White Chocolate, chopped
  • Melted White Chocolate, Crushed Peanuts to decorate

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, and chopped white chocolate. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls using clean hands, then gently flatten each one with your palm. Place on the prepared baking tray, leaving a little space between each cookie.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, or until just set and lightly golden around the edges.
  5. Allow the cookies to cool slightly, then drizzle with melted white chocolate and sprinkle with crushed peanuts. Enjoy! :)
